Daniel Labrosse
Daniel Labrosse

Sőt, még a 2018-as Moscow Art Vision fesztivál zsűrijében is képviselhette a TouchDesigner-t.

Egyedi stílusa absztrakt minimalista jegyeiről könnyen felismerhető. Alkotásaiban minél inkább törekszik egy újszerű vizuális nyelv kialakítására a generatív és interaktív média területén. Hisz abban, hogy a fény életünk meghatározó eleme, melynek állandó változását felhasználva feszegethetjük a minket körülvevő realitás határait.

NEW MEDIA MŰVÉSZ, KREATÍV IGAZGATÓ

A “new media art” területén úttörőnek számító azerbajdzsáni származású Orkhan Mammadov a 2019-es Velencei Biennálén szerzett magának nemzetközi hírnevet, ahol hazáját képviselte.

Kezdetektől foglalkoztatta, milyen alternatív módszerekkel őrizhetné meg a digitalizáció, a mesterséges intelligencia és a generatív művészet segítségével hazája gazdag kulturális örökségét.

Kiterjedt kutatáson alapuló munkái egyértelműen rávilágítanak a hagyományok és a történelem fontosságára a Közel-Kelet tárgyi és szellemi örökségének megértésében és ápolásában.

Ismertté leginkább adatalapú szobraival és dinamikus szőnyeginstallációival vált, melyek a számítógépes intelligencia és a kultúra közti kapcsolatot kutatják. A Girih minták és szőnyegillusztrációk gyűjtéséből származó adathalmazát felhasználva a jövő generációi számára igyekszik értelmezhetővé tenni a Közel-Kelet kulturális örökségét.
