About the project
‘The Forest of Infinite Secrets’ is an audiovisual exploration of perception, memory, and the invisible connections between nature and the digital world by Rank SSS. Built from a series of the artist’s artworks, this film brings together different moments in her artistic journey, transforming them into a seamless visual narrative.
This work plays with scale and perspective, evoking the way we first experience the world as children—when everything feels vast, luminous, and full of mystery. As we grow older, that sense of wonder fades, and our connection to the natural world becomes distant. The Forest of Infinite Secrets reimagines that lost perspective, inviting viewers into surreal landscapes that feel both familiar and otherworldly.
The artist’s background in architecture and bioclimatic design has shaped the way she thinks about space, but the connection to nature continues to guide her work and help the exploration how environments—real or imagined—make us feel and shape our sense of presence and perspective. In this film, Rank SSS brings together organic elements and digital landscapes to explore that relationship. It’s a quiet reflection on transformation, on the spaces we move through, and on the subtle balance between the natural and the virtual.
